I currently offer only online therapy sessions via encrypted HIPAA Compliant video link.  Links are sent to your preferred email address and reminder emails and/or text messages with the hyperlink arrive 36-48 hours in advance of the scheduled appt. Telehealth sessions require downloading the Simple Practice Telehealth application software, v. 1.0.1. (18.8 MB) to the device you want to use for the online sessions. Due to license regulations, I am able to work with clients currently residing in WA state only.

My rate is $125 for a 50 minute session.  We typically meet on a weekly basis.

Payments are due at the time of service via a Paypal Invoice to your preferred email address or here on the 'Client/Pay' page of my website.

I do not currently take insurance. As an out-of-network provider I can offer to send you a superbill, or official record of your completed/paid visits for you to directly seek potential reimbursement from your insurance company.  You will want to contact your insurance provider directly to determine what will be reimbursed.

Here is a list of questions to ask your insurance provider:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits to see a licensed mental health counselor associate?
• If so, what percentage of sessions do you cover?
• Is there a session limit, and if so, in what time period?
• Is pre-authorization required?
• What is the deductible, and how much of the deductible have I met?
• How do I access the necessary form to submit for reimbursement?
